These Terms of Use govern your use of bluebanquethallmiami.com (the “Site”), operated by Blue Banquet Hall, Inc. (“we,” “us” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. About this site
The Site provides information about our venue, the events we host and the services we offer. Descriptions, photographs, packages and availability are provided for general information and may change without notice. Nothing on the Site is an offer that can be accepted to form a contract.
2. Inquiries are not reservations
Submitting an inquiry, requesting a quote or scheduling a walkthrough does not reserve a date. A date is reserved only when you sign an event agreement with Blue Banquet Hall and we receive the reservation deposit. Your event is governed by that agreement, and if anything on the Site conflicts with your signed agreement, the agreement controls.
3. Using the site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:
- Submit false or misleading information, or information about someone else without their permission
- Send spam or automated submissions
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems
- Introduce viruses or other harmful code, or interfere with the Site’s operation
- Copy, scrape or harvest content or contact information from the Site by automated means
4. Information you submit
You confirm that the information you submit is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it. You allow us to use it to respond to you and as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Our content
The Site and its content, including text, photographs, video, graphics, logos and design, belong to Blue Banquet Hall or to those who licensed them to us, and are protected by law. You may view the Site for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or modify its content without our written permission. The photographs on the Site show real events and real people and may not be reused for any purpose.
6. Other services and links
The Site connects to services operated by others, including our online booking calendar, payment pages and social media. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and their own terms apply.

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind about the Site, including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blue Banquet Hall will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. This section concerns use of the Site only; your event is governed by your event agreement.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Blue Banquet Hall and its owners, employees and agents from any claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute relating to the Site shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
