2. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you send an inquiry through our website, we collect your first and last name, email address, phone number, the type of event, your preferred and alternate dates, estimated guest count, preferred language, and any details you choose to share about your celebration. When you book an event, we also collect the information needed to prepare and perform your event agreement, such as billing details, an emergency contact, and any event details you provide, including dietary needs.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our servers record basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request, and the date and time. We use this to operate and secure the site. When you submit a form, your IP address is used briefly to limit repeated submissions and prevent spam.
Cookies. Our website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. It uses only cookies that are strictly necessary for the site to function, if any. If this changes, we will update this policy.
Payments. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number.

4. Marketing emails and text messages

The use of photographs and video taken at your event is governed by your event agreement, including any consent you give or withhold there.
7. How long we keep information
We keep customer and inquiry records for seven years after your last interaction with us, to meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations. After that, we delete it or keep it in a form that no longer identifies you.
8. How we protect information
Our website uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and access to customer information is limited to the people who need it to serve you. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect the information you share with us.
9. Children
Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. Events for minors, such as quinceañeras, are booked by a parent or legal guardian, who provides the information needed to plan the event.

You may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop sending you marketing, by contacting us using the details below. We may need to keep some information to complete an agreement or meet legal obligations.
