There are no restrictions on alcohol use, but you’ll have to  have to consider and respect federal age restrictions (no alcohol under 21).

Smoking is not permitted inside the hall. 

Yes. A deposit is required to secure the room. A date is not confirmed until a deposit has been received.

There are certain terms and conditions that dictate if a deposit is refundable and how much is refundable. These specific terms are spelled out in detail in each venue contract.
