How many guests does the hall hold?
The main hall seats up to 200 guests with a full dance floor. Smaller groups of 50 to 100 are configured so the venue still feels full rather than empty, using the layout and the lighting.
Where exactly are you?
We are at 8528 SW 8th Street, Miami, FL 33144, on Calle Ocho in Westchester, minutes from the Palmetto and SR 836.
What is included in a package?
Every package is quoted for your date, guest count and menu, so nothing is padded with items you did not want. A written quote lists the venue, the hours, the menu, the bar, the decor and the entertainment line by line before you commit to anything.
Do you handle the food, music and decor, or do we bring our own?
Food, beverage, sound, lighting, decor, photography and video are all provided in-house, which is what keeps one team accountable for the night. If you have a vendor you are attached to, tell us during the walkthrough and we will talk through what is possible.
How far ahead should we book?
Saturdays and December dates are the first to go, often a year or more ahead for quinceañeras and weddings. Weekday and Sunday dates open up much closer in. Send us your date and we will tell you where it stands today.
How do we hold a date?
A deposit holds your date and comes off the final balance. The exact amount and the cancellation terms are written into your contract, and we walk you through both before you sign.
Can we see the hall before deciding?
Yes, and we recommend it. Photographs do not capture the ceiling, the floor or the scale of the LED wall. Walkthroughs are by appointment so you get our full attention instead of sharing the venue with a setup crew.
What is the hora loca?
It is the mid-party moment Miami is known for: the lights drop, fog goes up, and LED performers, stilt characters and CO2 cannons come through the doors. We stage it in-house and it can be added to any event we host.
How late can the party run?
End times are set in your contract and depend on the day of the week and the package. Tell us the hours you want when you send your date and we will confirm what is available.
Do you host corporate and non-profit events too?
Yes. The same audio-visual system that runs a quinceañera theme runs a keynote deck, sponsor logos or a donor video. We host launches, award nights, training days, galas and fundraisers on weekdays and weekends.
