Will You help me with my event planning?

You bet… Our experienced team or event planners will go with you through every single step.

Do you only rent the venue or offer a comprehensive service?

If you already hired your Event planner we’ll be more than happy to work with her/him to meet your needs. If you don’t, come to us and our team will help you with every step of the process.

What about alcohol?

There are no restrictions on alcohol use, but you’ll have to  have to consider and respect federal age restrictions (no alcohol under 21).

What does the rental price include?

Please check our Platinum-to-Bronze Packages. Usually they include:

* Seating for up to 300 people

* Tables and Chairs – arranged to your specifications

* Food and Drinks – as requested

* Clean Men and Women’s restrooms

* Free Wireless Internet Service

* Trash disposal and hall cleanup following your event

Is Smoking permited?

Smoking is not permitted inside the hall. There are benches and proper cigarette disposal containers outside the hall entrance.

Is a deposit required?

Yes. A deposit of 25% of the agreed rental rate to secure the room. A date is not confirmed until a deposit has been received.

Is the deposit refundable?

There are certain terms and conditions that dictate if a deposit is refundable and how much is refundable. These specific terms are spelled out in detail in each venue contract.
